Description

A lonely fairy living in exile encounters her first dragon, and discovers bigger problems than her need for companionship. An evil returned from oblivion stands poised to rain devastation across the land. She must risk her freedom confronting her estranged people, to uncover a dark secret from their deep past. A secret that could destroy her if she learns the truth. A secret that must be revealed to bring her people out of hiding, and into a war they've had no stomach to fight.

A dragon has waited countless ages for the coming of an emissary who can turn the tide of an ancient war in favor of his forces. But when the long-foretold meeting occurs, things are not as he'd anticipated. To aid the emissary in gaining assistance from her people, he must teach her of her own significance while fighting his inappropriate feelings for her.
