Parson, 40, and Graham, 26, plan acts of silent terrorism to change the city back to what they believe it should be: A unique world with character, danger, and opportunity for the average resident. Every plot is set to look like a natural event or catastrophe and give the appearance the old New York is rising to the surface once again. Their imaginative and destructive plans are going according to schedule until true motives take hold. One feels remorse, the other revels in the destruction. This initiates a violent and methodical race to see who will survive: Graham, Parson or the innocent people of New York City.
