Description

How can a series of brutal killings in New York possibly be linked with a 200-year-old murder in Wales? Is it conceivable that the President of the United States is involved in a cover-up? Private detective and former Special Boat Services Marine, Raven Conner, is hired to investigate and becomes a key figure in one of DCI Terry McGuire's most frustrating cases. Meanwhile, angry at his failure to catch the murderer of the Bag Lady, McGuire must reluctantly accept that he has let the killer slip through his fingers. Dead bodies are discovered, apparently the racially motivated slaughter of a respected shopkeeper and his wife. The team interview a number of suspects.
