As if the view of him doing domestic chores in a pair of shorts and that tight shirt didn’t already have her hungry. She really needed to find some nice guy to scratch the itch.
They ate at his little table and finished off the entire bottle of wine. He suggested they watch a little TV to let the alcohol work its way out of their systems before he drove her home. She readily agreed.
Joy curled onto the couch beside him as the movie he’d selected started playing. He was so close she could smell him, all male and sexy. His scent turned her insides mushy. With the alcohol making her head spin, it took an act of will to stop her hand from rubbing his leg.

“What were they doing?”
Derek glanced at the TV. “Ah…they were having…sex.”

“They’re in a coffee shop.”
“Right. But, there was a scene between then and now. Did you even see it?”
His eyes took on a tinge of panic. “I wasn’t paying enough attention. Sorry.”
“Oh, you were paying attention, all right. Just not to the movie. You’ve been staring at my legs. Or were you looking a little higher?”
