Jeff's friend invite a new guy onto his boat – an attractive and sweet Philip Bosette, Esq., a man still in mourning for his late husband. Worse, Philip is also his latest IT tech customer.

In a comedy of errors where neither wants to burden the other yet yearns for his presence, Philip resorts to subterfuge. He wants to get on with life and schemes his IT-challenged best to make Jeff visit him again.

The HAPPY HOUR world is set in Las Vegas, where the mysterious Sam Lake rules the bar, goes on unexplained trips, and takes orders from the mothership while Jeff and Phil's friends chime in with unwanted, well-meant opinions.
