I wrote this journal because I needed it! I wanted to thrive and not just survive. I needed to change and somehow find more joy. Three years ago, I began researching into healing relationships and brain science and discovered the power of appreciation and prayer.
Because of my training in relational brain skills, I knew I could improve my mood by a repeated exposure to a state of gratitude.
By developing these exercises to help me during my times with God, I made a personal journey from overwhelm to peace. As I used the pages of this journal, I found a peace and joy that enriched my relationships and improved the quality of my life.
I relived happy memories, grew in my relationship with God, and communicated more openly about my experiences. As a result, I became happier and helped my family, church and others grow in joy.
This gratitude journal uniquely combines what you need to feel positive, happier, and closer to God and others.
