Resilience is a state of resistance, recovery and transformation, which arises in adverse situations due to the application of various favorable attitudes and qualities. Although it is not easy to be resilient, it is feasible to develop the habits of resilience, aspiring to meet various personal-professional goals throughout life.
However, in order to develop resilience and deal better in life, it is advisable to have some notions about the complex human nature, build up certain habits and put into practice an ethics, which is decisive to identify and discover the meaning of existence.
In this sense, since resilience manifests in a particular and selective way in each one (as well as in motivation), resilient qualities can be developed and happiness can be achieved. Furthermore, it is undeniable that the resilient ones are willing and ready to move on and lead full and satisfactory lives, even undergoing difficulties and taking a radical turn in their aspirations and expectations.
