Daniel had the life many college students his age would be envious of. Near perfect grades, international studies in the USA, and an internship in one of the most prestigious institutes in San Diego, California.

But alas, not everything was set to go his way. Upon returning to his home country, he found himself trapped in an economic and political turmoil that perished his chances of translating his scholarly success into the professional world.

Not all was lost for Daniel, though. A trip to visit an eccentric friend of his ended up taking him all the way back to 2014, the year his academic career was going to skyrocket before meeting the only man that ever touched his heart.
