As we get older, we forget lots of things.
Some things were important when we were younger but less so now (naming dinosaurs, constellations, that kind of thing).
Some things have gone out of fashion - pay phones, manual TV tuning, using hand signals when you're driving.
And sometimes it's the simple stuff - how to relax and how to manifest things into your life.

When we were younger, we'd ask the universe (or more likely our parents or grandparents) and there was a chance - so long as the request wasn't too over the top - that we'd get what we asked for.
Maybe immediately (ice creams don't wait) or maybe longer term (that new bike maybe manifested on our birthday or at Christmas).
And maybe never (becoming an astronaut or a train driver for instance).
OK, there was probably some outside help with our manifestations.
But that doesn't mean we can't do the same thing now we've reached our half century (or even more).
The Universe still helps us if we let it.
But manifesting is something we've often forgotten.
Or we put blocks in the way of letting the manifestation happen.
