However, global education demand or student learning need is changed for a new model of learning for the 21 first century. So, I believe that the urgent matter of any schools which need consider how traditional formal education will be transformed to enable new forms of learning that are needed to tackle complex global student demand challenges in education industry. Why does learn how to transform education more important in order to raise teaching quality? Do what factors influence to raise teaching quality in success? To answer these two questions, the answer is simple. Because if the school has good new form of learning education, then it will lead how to raise teaching quality is more easily. Hence, a good new form learning education is applied to the school, it will influence how to raise its teaching quality more easily. I shall discuss the methods or factors which how to learn to transform a new model of learning education to any schools in order to raise teaching quality as below: Firstly, on technological education reform aspect, how to teach students to let them to feel learning easily? In general, expects recognize that " The transmission" or lecture model is highly ineffective for teaching twenty-first century competencies and skills. They also agree that learners need skills, such aas critical thinking and the ability to communicate effectively, innovate and solve problems through negotiation and collaboration. So, persuading or encouraging students act to learn by themselves, it is the most influential new teaching method to raise teaching quality or quality of learning in nowadays education industry. What kind of technological education method which can persuade or encourage students to be influenced them to do learning behavior more easily? It is one new form of education challenge to be considered for any school leaders if they expected to let students to feel their teachers' teaching quality can be raised in short term.
