This book is designed to help you get "just a little better." This concept of incremental small steps towards significant improvement has been instrumental to my life and a concept I have both struggled and excelled in. I hope that by sharing some of my experience, research, successes and failures, I can provide you a certain level of help and guidance that you can use as you choose within your own businesses, homes and communities.
