There he finds a gang war that threatens to tear his city apart. Julius's investigation unearths a world of corrupt politics, fluffy assassins, savage dogs, and even an unlikely romance. Amidst the peril, he's determined to write his story and right the wrongs, even if it means using up all nine of his lives.
