Mirrors - The Way of Zen is not a textbook about Zen Buddhism but a book about life. It playfully covers major topics using everyday examples but also by delving deeper into important life themes such as: pain, the difficulties of our existence, the attachment to our desires, the ego... In short, all those issues we encounter in our lives. The reader is also given various tools: how to deal with our desires, the need for mental mirrors and also the insight that this life is not just about ourselves.
