ZAC Clichy Batignolles
The Clichy Batignolles ZAC
To the north, the Martin-Luther-King park. To the south, a massive interlacing of rails whose history dates back to the first railway lines leading out of Paris. It was a new way to travel that reflected the 19th century's romantic imagination.
Between the two lies Office in Wood, an elegant, timber structured office building clad in glass and metal. It is among the very first positive energy buildings within Paris, defined as a building that produces more and consumes less.
It is also the fruit of an ambitious alliance between two architectural offices : Baumschlager Eberle Architekten and Scape.
