Description

The year is 1348, and the most devastating pandemic in history, The Black Death, known as The Great Mortality, is ravaging the world. The youngest son of a nobleman, 17-year-old Thomas de Parr is to become a monk at Tintern Abbey in Wales. But when he travels to England and meets a young woman who steals his heart, he questions his calling to the Church.
