Well-being is not the same as happiness. Broadly speaking, well-being is a state of temporary satisfaction, while happiness is a mysterious state of full satisfaction, which lasts over time, being difficult to know what makes individuals happy and incentivize them to really pursue and achieve happiness.
Likewise, seeking and conquering happiness is a matter of attitudes and leading an exemplary and virtuous life, assuming responsibilities with society and the Lord, even challenging adversities and the harsh realities of life.
And although it is very difficult to reach happiness, in this postmodern age, in which it is erroneously endorsed that material success is the basis of happiness (the results of various economic studies go in other way), we can conquer it, in accordance with principles, morals, ethics, religious beliefs, appropriate attitudes and the best decisions...
