Demonstrating confidence in your work setting is an important element of being successful. In most workplaces, you're involved with multiple people on any given day, such as your supervisor, other managers, and various co-workers. How you conduct yourself on a day-to-day basis demonstrates to those around you what kind of worker you are and, indeed, what kind of person you are.
