What are influential effect of automation on the human behavior? Could the automation effect our lives? Why does automation bring positive benefits of humans beings both workers and clients, more than the negative impacts influence to our societies?The reasons include as below: Firstly, the employees are seen as investment or key resources, closely linked to the automation. But most of them must be trained to work with robots and really understand their usage. The long term benefit is robots and human cooperation manufacturing task can raise quantity to meet consumers' quantity demands. For a mass production, companies must provide more and products and maximize their production capacities. Employees are necessary even in a fully automated production environment to supervise the production process. So, robots are good tools to help production increase and employees are the one who use these tools in the best way to make them count in a company's interest.Secondly, theoretically robotic automotive production technology is as a valuable resources to assist employees to raise high quality of delivered product or service and socio-economic benefits to them. In automated production lines, the robots are automatically detecting problems in a certain range according to the implemented code, and the solution found for this immediately stops the production line, in order to eliminate or solve the error encountered. For this case example, when solving the problem in one line, the system can function properly as a whole by continuing the activities until the line affected is ready to produce again. Again, all the handling is done by the robots needs to be pre-programmed by the programmers. So, robots won't influence the firm chooses to reduce employees. Because robots must need programmers' assistance. The solutions for the new errors for unseen situations exist and this is way supervisors of the system need to be in the factories together with programmers and other members. Hence, people can't be totally removed from factories because they will be needed to remain the most intelligent part of the system.
