From the moment Alice Wettin arrived at the out-of-the-way estate sale she felt drawn to the ancient bag, pulled to the dusty bin in which it lay. Sure, it was unique, an intriguing piece, and even when the bag gave her a shock upon touching it, Alice couldn't bring herself to turn away.
Then, the woman at the estate sale told Alice the bag chooses the person it belongs to, and whomever it belongs to, it belongs for life.
Strange way to put it.
And when the tassel of the bag tickled the back of Alice's hand in the breeze, the woman purred, "I think it wants to belong to you..."
What an enticing notion, that she'd been chosen. Alice was sold. But as she headed home to her dreary life, eyeing the worn discard sagging on her passenger seat, she felt stupid. How could she believe she'd been chosen? By a bag?
I think it wants to belong to you...
What did that even mean?
Alice was about to find out. Because all of a sudden...magical, fantastical gifts started appearing in... The Bag.
