The recent rapprochement between Ethiopia and Eritrea has fundamentally reshaped the relationship between the two countries. The book explains and analyses the rapprochement, which it argues was made possible by the maturing of objective and subjective conditions in Ethiopia and by the trust factor in Eritrea.
