Description

Leslie is anticipating a little peace and relaxation after her last hectic adventure, but ends up neck deep in trouble once again because there's another mystery to be solved. A supposedly haunted house lives up to its reputation by causing the disappearance of two of her classmates and it's up to Leslie and her boyfriend, Samuel, to discover what happened. To do so, she travels back to the werefright dimension to mount a rescue mission. While there, she unlocks more of her special vampire powers and, coincidently, finally decides to take her relationship with Samuel to the highest level of them all. However, before that can happen, several other factors have to be taken into consideration. For instance, is her dreaded nemesis, Count Vacilly, behind this kidnapping or not? And if so, how could he be? Leslie saw him die on her last visit to the werefright world. Other complications include a dangerous reconnoitre of the Count's castle to track down the missing classmates, and a frightening pursuit by a horde of senegars. To survive the pursuit, Leslie evolves a plan so outrageous that it defies the imagination. But, even if everyone stays alive, there's a shocking ending to their adventure for Leslie. Her very life depends on an unprecedented type of rescue which she is forced to initiate out of sheer desperation.
