Paul Foster Case said that rituals set in motion physical, etheric, astral, and mental processes whereby we may realize our aspirations. Rituals put us in direct contact with a current of light and consciousness, which has been transmitted without a break from very ancient times down to the present.

Dr. Case adopted the Golden Dawn rituals for his own Order, with modifications and additions throughout. Primarily, he replaced the God-form meditations with angelic images. The purpose and core structure of the attunement rituals for Portal and Ceremony of Admission rituals are identical. However, Dr. Case's Consecration of the Vault of the Adepts is a unique ritual.

With this book, Case's rituals are being brought into the public domain for the first time. They have been laid out step-by-step, with stage directions that are easy and clear to follow. Select omissions have been made in the interest of honoring Order secrecy.
