If Tom Burke had never died on the slopes of Aspen Mountain, Garth Wainwright would not have risked losing everything—for Wainwright never bought the “accident” theory. No accident, indeed, his corporate partner was an expert skier—Burke was murdered and that launched Wainwright into a “tipping point”, which crashed headlong into the lives of Wainwright’s nine business partners.

At the company headquarters, Wainwright searches files and asks questions, trying to find the reason for Burke’s death. Instead, he uncovers evidence of a multimillion-dollar fraud that more than hints at a partner conspiracy. Then another partner is murdered.

If the fraud is exposed it will destroy their investment company, and put him and his partners in prison. But unless Wainwright unearths the killer soon, others will die.
