When you're one of six siblings, the only way to stand out is to go all out and that's exactly what Riley Shaughnessy has done. Becoming a world-renowned musician hasn't always been easy, but he never gave up on his dream of rock-star success. But sometimes living out your dream isn't all it's cracked up to be. After years on the road, Riley's ready to settle down, so of course the first woman to capture his interest could not be the least bit impressed with his rock-star status.

Savannah Daly makes a living interviewing the rich and famous and there's very little about the entertainment world that impresses her anymore. When she's tasked with writing a story on frontman Riley Shaughnessy, she's determined to just get in and out, and move on to the next assignment. But Riley has different plans.

Needing a break from being a rock star, Riley knows there's no better way to do that than to return to the Carolina coast and spend time with his family. With Savannah in tow, he's hoping to show the jaded reporter that there's more to him than what he's shown the world.
