Mark and Cassie McKinney of Austin, Texas have criss-crossed the Lone Star State for decades tasting some of the greatest and most diverse dishes it has to offer. As a touring singersongwriter, Mark has spent many years on the road making close friends and breaking bread in every corner of the state. As life-long, dedicated foodies with a love for home cooking, the McKinneys have assembled a unique collection of many of their old faithfuls, along with some new favorite recipes.
