Saskia, an alien rebel, takes over the Neptune Corporation while Kevian and Kira are on the run from Quill. Baytok, a hermit-alien monk, aids a renegade vampire. Of course, the vampires -- Young Bloods (Misha, Scarlett, Jaxson, and Nicholas), Old Bloods (Zachary and Audrey), Elders (Gaunt, Talia, Tobias, Marcus, and Francesca) -- are back. And that message Jansa sent to the home world? Someone got it. And they're coming. But not who anyone expects.
