This is not just another book about time management. It is a hybrid textbook / workbook with short chapters, the concept being that the reader will cover one section at a time and then stop and implement relevant ideas prior to moving on. Effectively it is a personalised self-development programme that can be undertaken over a period of a few weeks, but crucially that can be completed without getting in the way of the day job!
As it will be read in 'bite-sized chunks', it may of course take somewhat longer than normal to complete, but it should result in incremental changes being made that are more likely to become both permanent and appropriate for the reader.
There is no single blueprint for managing one's time effectively, as what works for one person may not be suitable for the next, but in writing this book the author has put together a 'buffet of ideas' from which everybody should be able to take something.
Good luck with your 'journey' towards greater personal effectiveness.
