Networked sovereignty, limited autonomy and the struggle for humanity are the guiding conceptual principles. This is possible through an opening of international law to non-state subjects, a planning cell in the UN Secretariat and a cooling-off mechanism at regional level. Concrete steps towards a 2030 reform Summit are suggested.
