You can also use the book as an oracle, enacting the ancient art of bibliomancy.

Breathe and center yourself, close your eyes, then find a page. Whatever is on that page is your meditation for the day. Each meditation phrase comes with a page or two to help unlock the oracle, and open our understanding.If you allow it, engaging with these meditations will become a deep spiritual practice, drawing you into a place of daily contemplation, increasing your sense of connection to yourself and your desires over time.
