Guardrail for Cyberwarfare and Biological warfare with Ethics for AI & Wave Technologies in Understanding Peace in the World (GCB-EWAVE) is a project funded by the United States Department of Defense (DoD) to develop ethical guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in cyberwarfare and biological warfare. The project is led by the Mitre Corporation and includes partners from academia, industry, and government.
The overall goal of GCB-EWAVE is to develop a set of ethical guidelines that will help to ensure that AI is used for peaceful purposes and does not contribute to the proliferation of cyberwarfare or biological warfare.
