Chapter-5 highlights the results and their interpretation in the light of available literature. Chapter-6 presents summary of the work. In the last, literature cited has been given. This master dissertation will especially prove a boon and valuable asset for the post-graduate students specializing in the field of micropropagation, differentiation and its biochemical basis.
