English Summary: Lucretius's 'De Rerum Natura' describes and explains the cosmos and everything within it as being an ordered composition of atoms. This straightforward and elementary conclusion provides the starting point for this study. In an analysis of the atomic doctrine developed in the first two books of 'De Rerum Natura', the author reveals how a uniquely Lucretian concept of order becomes visible in the conflict between statics and dynamics. At its heart the study deals with the linguistic make up of such forms of order. It examines how in terms of analogy, metaphor and comparison it is possible to bring clarity to the invisible elements of the world, thus presenting the atomic cosmos as an ordered realm. German Description: Lukrez' 'De Rerum Natura' beschreibt und erklart den Kosmos und alles in ihm Befindliche als geordnete Zusammensetzung von Atomen. Diese ebenso einfache wie grundlegende Feststellung dient als Ausgangspunkt der vorliegenden Studie. In einer Lekture der in den ersten beiden Buchern von 'De Rerum Natura' entwickelten Atomlehre wird herausgearbeitet, wie sich ein spezifisch lukrezischer Ordnungsbegriff im Spannungsfeld von Statik und Dynamik konturiert. Im Zentrum der Studie steht die sprachliche Verfassung dieser Ordnungsformen. Untersucht wird, wie es mittels der Figuren der Analogie, der Metapher und des Vergleichs gelingt, die unsichtbare Ebene der Welt anschaulich zu machen und so den atomaren Kosmos als einen geordneten zu vermitteln. Dazu werden u.a. die Buchstabenanalogien und die Kinetik auf ihre Ordnungs- und Darstellungsprinzipien hin untersucht. Diese werden in einem Ausblick auf das gesamte Werk als elementare Bestandteile der asthetischen, philosophischen und didaktischen Verfassung des lukrezischen Lehrgedichts erkennbar.
