Jeff and Mindi did not know from whom, or where their psychic gifts originated. At first, the arrival of the supernatural talents threatened Jeff's world-view of pure logic and the scientific-method. He struggled to accept the reality of his new skills, but with experience, he learned to use them well.

With their previous life-threatening adventure over, and no distracting missions to accomplish, the couple anticipated beginning an ordinary life together—of having the lifestyle of which they both dreamed; a family and normality.

However, they received a visit from a 'being from beyond' who appeared to be the source of their psychic skills and lucid dream abilities. Their journey continues as they confront this unlikely stranger who enlisted the couple to save the planet from global warming and nuclear destruction.
