For decades now, it has been observed that Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs) play a key role in the global economic growth. Improving performance through the application of modern ICTs reduces operational costs and speeds up production. Mobile phones due to their widespread worldwide, they provide a potential for economic growth in SMEs through reduction in geographical divide of business information. Today, mobile phones have made it easier for SMEs to access goods, services and other economic opportunities. In Morogoro, the readiness and status of mobile phones use and awareness among the SMEs is relatively good. The study revealed that entrepreneurial opportunities, products innovations, improved revenues collection, and access to new markets were the benefits gained by SMEs as the result of mobile phones usage in their business operations in Morogoro. This book is intended to provide background information for future researchers investigating the economic impacts of the mobile phones usage in SMEs in Morogoro, Tanzania.
