The Instant Vortex Air-fryer uses its patented vortex system to reach high temperatures quickly. When you plug in your Instant Vortex Air-fryer, the fan inside will spin at speeds up to 3000 RPM. This creates a centrifugal force that causes the air inside the chamber to turn in a specific direction. The air molecules are whirled around in this vortex process until they reach 1000°C (1800°F). At this temperature, they are hot enough to create the same pressure as normal gas molecules. This pressure then pushes the pan into contact with oil inside it. As the pan sits above oil, it passes through this rotating air chamber again and again until its oil reaches 360°C (620°F) and starts to fry your food!
