Much has been written about the life and work of C.G. Jung, but little attention has been given to his effect on other modern thinkers and writers. Dr. Barry Ulanov is the McIntosh Professor of English Emeritus at Barnard College, Columbia University. Makers of the Modern Theater, and The Prayers of Saint Augustine; many books on jazz; and several titles coauthored with his wife, Ann Ulanov - Cinderella and Her Sisters, Primary Speech: A Psychology of Prayer, The Healing Imagination: The Meeting of Psyche and the Soul, and The Witch and the Clown: Two Archetypes of Human Sexuality.
