Project managing a major ERP software upgrade project is a "once-in-a-lifetime" situation in many cases. It may take years or decades to get prepared for this achievement, and when it is done, PM's are often moving to other positions, letting the "young lions" to show off next time.
This major project happened to the author in 2016 and it was so different compared to any other earlier projects... So he decided to collect his thougths, impressions, lessons learned to save it for himself first, but also for those lions who will put the PM hat on in the future.
