Due to this reasons, if the teachers expected whose students can understand concepts and skills more easily. He/she must need to let whose students to learn how to raise whose learning effort in the beginning.Moreover, another reason why teachers need to learn how to raise students, learning effort is that to let students to increase understanding and skills and produce strong evidence of their learning. In some educators' teaching experience shoule that adopting a learning target of the action, such as re-examine the fundamentals of teaching and learning that positively and powerfully. Hence, it seems any lesson teaching and learning successful teachers and schools and students must need to consider how to improve students learning efforts.What is learning target theory of action? The most effective teaching and the most meaningful student learning happens when teachers design the right learning target for today's lesson and use it along with their students to aim for and assess understanding. Another reason is that teachers can be trained to learn how to do any future decision making more easily. If they expected to be one decision making expertise. So, when they can be trained to learn how to implement the best solution methods to solve any chanllenges in the short time. Then, they can be trained to make the most accurate solution methods to raise whose students' learning effort in order to let students feel more satisfactory for their teaching efforts. In the raising teachers' teaching effort if teachers expected to become better able to implement any solution methods to improve students learning efforts.
