The inspiration for this ebook came from my own experience, I struggled with sugar for a long time and I felt the negative effects it had on my body, I was fortunate enough to notice the signs and take the necessary action to combat this habit that I had developed.
I realise that for a lot of people, sugar consumption and overeating sugar is a normal day to day thing and has been for many years, some are unknown to the amount of sugar they truly consume and some actually do know but don't know how to reduce it. That's where this ebook comes in.
