Description
This imaginative and humorous adventure story features a land with an overwhelming problem. A brave lad, stirred up against the evil deception of it all, experiences all manner of hindrances and setbacks in the process of tracking down the sinister culprits! Andy, a young boy with high ideals and strong motivation to put the world to rights, has an avid interest in the wide field of advertising, so much so that his sister teases him mercilessly about his obsession. One ordinary evening a strange little guy called Peter Litre pays Andy an unexpected visit and talks him into an expedition to save Trevdaland! Having arrived, Andy bumps into Flora, who directs Andy towards the castle, which is the home of the King of the Land. His Majesty outlines the huge dilemma he and his loyal subjects are currently facing, and persuades Andy to be initiated as a special royal agent, investigating a top secret factory suspected of being the hub of all the country's misery. Anyone wanting to gain access has to seek authorisation from a bumbling official, who turns out to be extremely disorganised and difficult to understand. In spite of that Andy successfully circumvents all the red tape and copious paperwork and gets in. Once inside he visits each department, unobtrusively investigating and discovering all the criminal ruses, tricks and chicanery causing untold misery to the whole land. He encounters a host of weird and wonderful characters during his research, and at one memorable point the youngster even plays the hero in preventing the whole establishment going up in flames! Unfortunately for Andy he is unaware at first that all his activity is being secretly observed through hidden cameras by a wicked pair of scoundrels, who are the root cause of all the realm's troubles. One is tall and skinny and the other is the opposite! Each of the two rogues has a different speech defect, which makes their conversations difficult to understand, but can also be hilarious! In spite of all that they succeed in trapping and imprisoning Andy. How he escapes, brings the offenders to justice and gloriously fulfils his secret mission are for you to discover as the story unfolds to its dramatic countdown!
