Even in this futuristic fantasy world, those in power are dividing those they rule for selfish gain.

After an unsuccessful mission to the Zombie Zones, the light and sun-fire powered Sigma, Artie Somers, tries to stop another prophetic vision from coming true of Lillie's night club business burning down with her inside, and the targeting and abduction of princess Lulu "based on" her Zone Vigilante race. He had helped Lulu become part of the Civilian race, kept safe within city walls, not long ago, but the government and elites have big changes and a new world order to impose. With the help of media outlets portraying anyone who doesn't obey every government mandate and all non-Civilian races as health risks and dangerous, superhero Sigmas and the lowest classes of people worldwide are being subjected to discrimination, slavery, and death, while being called terrorist Sinps in the process.

The subject matter isn't all dark and gloomy though. The Point of View characters are divided between three quirky and unique Sigmas: Artie, Ice powered Zack Adonis who has a Black Ice Sprite (a super powered spirit) who only he can see, talk to, and power up to fight, and the mysterious Copier Sigma, Katie Burr, who can copy other Sigma powers and morph her body. Sigmas have high libidos to manage, making almost any interaction potentially interesting and or humorous.

Katie's romance with Lulu at Coral Coast City has her trying to trust others and not hide so much or put up walls (pun intended). The people of Health First hospitals, medical centers, and testing facilities and the Truth Only News work with the Z Force and politicians, proving to be not so concerned for the well being of society while Katie is disguised and infiltrating their ranks. The Z Force is the combat trained security for the world's elites with Sigma crippling weapons, who take over the city police there by plan, headed by an unstable leader who takes everything personally, "Hero" Harris Baker. He has a bloody score to settle with all Sinps, and that mindset has seemed to infect the entire world worse than the Dust contagion creating Zombies in the Zones, and still spreading through the air and killing Civilians.

An activist who was convinced to become an officer, faces off against a drained Katie in this book's climax. The Sigma hating man just so happens to become a Snowflake Sigma with ice that may be more pretty than powerful, but he's got weapons and is determined to kill.
