How intuition and mindfulness can control and change your eating habits...
How do you know? Is it your mind or is it your body asking for food?
I think most of us eat based on intuition, especially when we don't have to follow any strict regime or scheduled work plan.
And there is nothing wrong about that, but notice this one simple but quite dangerous pattern that applies to most people of our age: People don't know how to recognize, train, and follow their intuition.
What do I mean by that?
Well, that is quite simple to explain. You see, our mind and body are usually too distracted by stress, anxiety, and all the bad food we are eating, so we can no longer understand when we are hungry and when our body really needs food to stay energized, vital, and healthy.
I call it mind-body self-esteem.
And this is one of the main reasons why I decided to create a book and teach people like you how to train their minds and their bodies to achieve that desired balance and build that trust with ourselves so we can follow our thoughts and feelings every time we eat.
And keep in mind that it's not going to be another "fast weight loss" diet guide. We are going to dive deep and learn how to understand and train your body and mind for real health and longevity.
