He was the first British chef to complete a stage at Spain's famous El Bulli and he has worked with many of the world's most famous chefs, including Pierre Koffman, Nico Ladenis and Marco Pierre White. Jason's recipes have appeared in various magazines and newspapers and he has also appeared on TV, including Saturday Kitchen on BBC 1 and Masterchef. In 2008 Jason won the hugely popular Great British Menu, on BBC 2 and returned in 2009 to judge the South East heat.
