Description

Superintendent Bradley has lumbered Rafferty & Llewellyn with two Yank cops looking for a dangerous criminal. They have received a tip-off that he’s holed-up in Essex. Specifically, in Rafferty’s manor of Elmhurst.

Rafferty can’t imagine why an American killer would come all the way to Elmhurst, but he’s prepared to put his doubts aside to aid the Cross-Pond relationship.

But then he learns that one of his relatives might be in danger from the killer, and he must find all his resolve to push through to find a resolution.
