Description

None are free from the wages of war when the end has not yet come to pass and promises are still unfulfilled.

As Lucius's final stages of his intervention and trials have come to an end, he is set out on a clean-up mission with commander Deasja to find those who had escaped the battlefield during the battle for Gamerilaye.

When learning of dishonor in his side of the universe, he discovers a weakness he would have never found without the path of suffering he had previously endured.

With his new found knowledge, Lucius is hard-pressed during his discovery, and must make a decision that will cost a sacrifice and take someone's life.
