It is theoretically justified that the personality needs and adjustment of teachers directly and indirectly affected by the cause of stress.The stress among teachers mainly depends upon the teachers personality needs and adjustment. The present book titled as "Relationship among Teachers Stress, Personality needs and Adjustment" is based on the rationale which has been derived on the basis of some research findings and assumptions. This book will provide an insight into the nature of stress among teachers and can help to reduce the feeling of stress among them so that they can perform their duties successfully. The book focused the responsible factors for stress among teachers. It was analysed by the educational schools and colleges with teachers to combat stress, to improve their working conditions. The teachers may also increase the adjustment among the troubled situations and try to prevent the stress.
