Major David Carter, a celebrated Special Forces officer, comes back from his final tour in Afghanistan, hoping to retire and lead a peaceful life with his family. Instead, he discovers that a corrupt conglomerate called "Omega Corp" has a stranglehold on the city's economy, law enforcement, and even the media. David's brother, a journalist investigating Omega Corp, is found dead under suspicious circumstances, and the police label it a suicide. David's search for justice leads him to uncover a government cover-up.
