What Living with Coronavirus Means to Me is an interactive workbook designed to help children and young adults come to terms with their experiences of coping with the coronavirus (Covid-19).
It encourages talking to trusted adults about their feelings and seeking further help if necessary. The book also introduces new ways of helping to cope with stress and but also what they can look forward to in the future by thinking about their hopes and aspirations
Mental Health Services for children and young people have never been so stretched. There is a constant stream of media coverage raising issues on this matter.
Service providers for children are stretched to their limits. But this doesn't just refer to the NHS, this is a global crisis and many mental health services are provided by charities and private organisations which brings other issues.
Many children and young people are feeling isolated and anxious about their future. Being so overwhelmed it is sometimes difficult to think clearly and to talk about worries.
